Apple Today 09/30/2015 (AAPL)

Good Morning,

NASDAQ Futures are up 51 with +56 Fair Value, Dow Futures are up 181 after quite a rough day yesterday. Asia closed in the green and Europe is currently up. A short-term spending bill is expected to pass today to postpone tonight's "government shutdown" to December 11. Tesla launched its Model X last night and is currently up over 2%. Gold and oil are down a bit heading into the open. Volkswagen (VLKAY) bounced a little, up 3%. Ralph Lauren (RL) is stepping down as CEO. ADP jobs report indicates US added 200k workers in September.

AAPL had a brutal day yesterday, under-performing the market. While initially green and reaching as high as 113.51 in early morning trading, AAPL lost the 113 and "mini-crashed" on mild bot sawtooth volume, reaching a low of 107.86 on extremely high volume within minutes of the close before bouncing slightly to end the intra-day session at 109.06. AAPL traded in a tight range in after-hours, ultimately giving up 16 cents, ending the session at 108.9.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up higher at 110 in conjunction with Futures. AAPL hit a pre-market low of 109.93 at 7:41 on low volume. By 8:21am AAPL peaked at 110.54 on relatively high volume following a 42,200 share institutional trade at 8am. AAPL is currently up 1.14 at 110.2.
