The real trouble went down on Tuesday when AAPL dropped over the entire day from mid 113 to below 108. AAPL closed the intra-day session and week out at 110.38 and there was little change in after-hours.
This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up higher at 110.98 on low volume and hovered around the upper 110 area in early morning pre-market trading. After crossing 111, AAPL reached a peak of 111.1 at 6:20am on moderate volume before turning sour on "high volume" after 7:30am on Citi Suva "gross margin model s" comments. AAPL briefly dropped below 110 to 109.87 at 7:50am on extremely high volume before a bounce to 110.24 on more high volume. After the bounce at 8:42am, AAPL hit a pre-market low of 109.5 where it is currently attempting to recover 110. Contrary to the Futures, AAPL is currently down 53 cents at 109.85.
