Apple Today - 11/04/2015 (AAPL)

NASDAQ Futures are up 15 with +16 Fair Value, Dow Futures are up 47. Asian markets closed up sharply. China gained a whopping 4.31%, Hong Kong closed up 2.15% and Japan was up 1.30%. European markets are mostly up. UK and France are currently up over 1% while Germany is just below flat. Oil and gold are in the green by nearly 0.3% while natural gas is up nearly 2% in pre-market. ADP reports the US added 182,000 workers in October. Shares of Tesla (TSLA) are up 17% this morning after reporting earnings with a rosy outlook yesterday. Groupon (GRPN), on the other hand is down over 30% on 4th quarter outlook and a CEO change. Other companies that reported yesterday include Herbalife (HLF), down 2.4%, Etsy (ETSY), down over 3%, and Zynga (ZNGA), up nearly 1% on balancing an earnings beat with a CFO resignation. The earnings keep on coming with social media titan Facebook (FB) expected to report earnings today after the bell, as well as video game maker King Digital (KING), Qualcomm (QCOM), natural grocery chain Whole Foods (WFM) and and FireEye (FEYE).
AAPL had another rock-star day yesterday with a gain of 1.39, or 1.15%. Starting the day out down in the red, AAPL managed to turn green within the first minutes after the open on high volume. By 10am, AAPL had already broken 122 on high volume. Late morning through lunch AAPL stuck close to 122.5 before turning upward in mid-afternoon and reaching a peak of 123.49 at 2:10pm on good volume. After peaking, AAPL seemed to struggle to hold the low-123 area and eventually quickly dropped towards 122.5 on high volume towards the close. AAPL closed the intra-day session at 122.57 with respectable gains for the day. After-hours was uneventful with AAPL dropping 5 cents to end up at 122.52.
This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up higher at 122.93 on low volume. AAPL quickly gravitated to 123 and reached 123.34 twice after 8:30am on huge volume. AAPL is currently up 63 cents at 123.20.
