AAPL had a horrible week losing nearly 9 points and over 7%. It started out well enough on Monday with AAPL in the upper 121-area but faltered overnight and saw a sharp 3 point gap down to 117 on high volume on Tuesday morning. AAPL continued to slip but held 116 for most of the rest of the week until Friday where AAPL struggled to hold 116 and broke down yet again losing another 3 points to 113 and wound up closing the intra-day session and week out at 112.34 as AAPL continued sliding into the close. Shortly after the close the attacks occured and AAPL dropped even further, below 111 and as low as 110.5 on relatively high volume, ultimately ending after-hours at 110.9.
This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up slightly lower than last week's intra-day close and pressed up to 112.59 on low volume before gravitating back towards 112 for most of the morning. AAPL dropped sharply later in pre-market trading hitting a low of 110 on high volume before bouncing back to the 111-area. AAPL is currently down 1.56 to 110.78.
Classic max-pain is 116.
