Good Morning,

NASDAQ Futures are up 11 with +18 Fair Value, S&P Futures are up 8 with +9 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 56 as the market appears ready to bounce from yesterday's lows. Futures were down in the red last night but took a turn for the better around 2:30am and has been holding onto green. It's a busy day with a number of economic data points rolling in this morning.

Asian markets closed lower today. China ended down 0.38%, Hong Kong dropped 2.34% and Japan got hit the hardest and lost 3.15%. European markets are down today. The UK is currently down 0.33%, Germany is down 0.62% and France is down 0.4%.

Commodities are mostly down this morning. Oil is down 3.83%, natural gas is down 1.14% and gold is up 0.31%. Unleaded gas is down 1.51% and heating oil is up 2.83%. Metals are up. Meat is up. Coffee, cotton and corn are down while cocoa, soybeans and wheat are up.

Private sector employment increased by 205,000 jobs in January, according to ADP.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (CMG) reported earnings yesterday and is down 5% in pre-market. Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) is down 2% after reporting a 57% drop in Q4 bottom line and announcing a lay off plan for 15 percent of its workers.

General Motors Company (GM) announced earnings this morning and is up nearly 3% after reporting a record $9.7 billion earnings for 2015. Merck & Co Inc. (MRK) is flat after announcing a 4% rise in Q4 profit. Comcast Corporation (CMCSA) is up 2% after reporting this morning, raising annual dividend.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Allstate Corporation (ALL), Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (BWLD), Glu Mobile Inc. (GLUU), GoPro (GPRO), MetLife, Inc. (MET), MannKind Corporation (MNKD), American Capital Mortgage Investment (MTGE), NXP Semiconductors (NXPI), Roadrunner Transportation Systems, Inc. (RRTS), Shutterfly, Inc. (SFLY), Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO) and Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM)

Tomorrow before the bell, Arrow Electronics Inc (ARW), Boston Scientific Corporation (BSX), Carbonite Inc. (CARB), Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR), Cigna Corp. (CI), The Clorox Company (CLX), ConocoPhillips (COP), Credit Suisse Group AG (CS), Dunkin' Brands (DNKN), GrubHub Inc. (GRUB), Level 3 Communications, Inc. (LVLT), McGraw-Hill Companies Inc. (MHFI), The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), New York Times Co. (NYT), Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL), Piper Jaffray Companies (PJC), Philip Morris International Inc. (PM), Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation (RL) and Vodafone Group plc (VOD) are expected to report.

AAPL opened down about 1% from Monday's close, struggled to hold 95.5 and dropped an additional point to end the day down 2.02%. AAPL opened at 95.47 to moderate volume and initially made a feeble attempt to recover 96 but flopped after hitting a high of 96.04 on moderate volume. AAPL then clung onto the mid-95 area on low volume until noon and spilled down a point during the afternoon on low volume hitting a low of 94.28 at 3pm on relatively light volume. In the last hour, AAPL bounced up into the upper-94 area on moderate volume in what looked like an attempt to reclaim 95 but settled back down in the last 15 minutes into the close at 94.48. AAPL gained 29 cents in after-hours to end at 94.77.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up higher, made a brief dip to 94.5 and returned to trading around 95 with a relatively tight range of around 30 cents above and below. AAPL is currently up 70 cents at 95.18 as we approach the open.
