Good Morning,

Welcome back. NASDAQ Futures are down 29 with -25 Fair Value, S&P Futures are down 14 with -12 Fair Value and Dow Futures are down 108 as we return from July 4th vacation weekend and the post-Brexit denial rally shows signs of fading. Futures were lower in early morning and weakened after 2:30am and are currently at the lows as we await the open.

Asian markets ended mostly down. China gained 0.60%, Hong Kong dropped 1.53% and Japan declined 0.67%. European markets are mostly down. The UK is up 0.01%, Germany is down 1.84% and France is down 1.79%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is down 2.65%, natural gas is down 4.52% and gold is up 0.88%. Unleaded gas is down 2.85% and heating oil is down 2.75%. Metals are mixed. Meat is mostly down. Cocoa and cotton are up while coffee, corn, wheat and soybeans are down.

Oil falls to $49 on economic concerns, ample supply. US treasury yields fall to record lows.

Tomorrow morning before the open, look out for earnings from The Greenbrier Companies, Inc. (GBX) and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA).

AAPL had a strong week, up 2.67% on moderate volume, basically "erasing" the Brexit tumble. On Monday, AAPL continued with the Brexit momentum, dipping down to 91 before beginning the rebuilding process on high volume. On Tuesday, AAPL opened higher, bounced off 92 and then scored the mid-93 area. On Wednesday, AAPL opened higher again and, showing a mountain of strength, peaked at mid-94 and ended on high ground. On Thursday, the AAPL beat ticked higher yet again, stretching the recovery rally song into the upper-95 area. On Friday, AAPL patriotically gained 0.30% on low volume. AAPL opened to moderate volume and launched up into the mid-96 area before fizzling back towards 96 and dipping into the upper-95 area. AAPL ended the day up 29 cents at 95.89 and gained 6 cents in after-hours to 95.95.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened lower in conjunction with Futures and spent the morning hugging the 95 line for support with brief, intermittent surges above 95 and likewise dips below. Later in the morning AAPL is showing signs of slight improvement by holding the lower-95 area. AAPL is currently down 74 cents at 95.15 as we approach the open.

Classic max-pain is 95.
