Despite a lot of milling around 100, AAPL wound up with a fairly flat week, ending down 0.12% on low volume. On Monday, AAPL revved its engine from upper-98 to 100 and held the upper-99 area on mild volume. On Tuesday, AAPL bobbed just under the 100 water line in a narrow range, dipping to mid-99 and back to upper-99 on low volume. On Wednesday, AAPL opened strong and touched the mid-100 area before clouds appeared sending AAPL dipping into the upper-99 area on low volume. On Thursday, AAPL zapped up all the way to 101 before fizzling out and ending down in the mid-99 area on mild volume. On Friday, AAPL opened at 99.26 to strong volume and immediately set an intra-day high of 99.30 on strong volume before taking a sharp dip to 98.31 at 9:44am on moderate volume. AAPL quickly bounced back to 99 and put up a fight in the upper-98 area for the rest of the morning on low volume before 1pm when AAPL settled down and gently drifted towards 98.5 on low volume into the close. AAPL ended the OPEX day down 77 cents at 98.66 and dropped 28 additional cents in after-hours to 98.38

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up at 98.66 and soon gravitated towards the mid-98 area, later dipping below that mark in a struggle to hold 98.5. AAPL is currently down 30 cents at 98.36 as we approach the open.

Classic max-pain is 97.
