Good Morning,

Welcome back. NASDAQ Futures are up 75 with +77 Fair Value, S&P Futures are up 29 with +29 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 237 on this historic Monday before the much anticipated 2016 US elections with just a single action-packed day to go amid a strong market reaction to yet another "twist" revealed by the FBI over the weekend. The economic calendar has a few data points, including US Consumer Spending this morning and Consumer Credit in the afternoon. The earnings calendar has a handful of companies reporting this morning and many more after the bell and tomorrow, including The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN), CVS Health Corporation (CVS) and Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (VRX). Futures surged in early morning and continuing a "relief rally" on the back of the weekend announcement of the FBI clearing Clinton, peaking just after 4:30am and are near the highs as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended up. China went up 0.26%, Hong Kong gained 0.70% and Japan led the advance, up 1.61%. European markets are rallying. The UK is up 1.38%, Germany is up 1.64% and France is leading the advance, up 1.67%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is up 1.25%, natural gas is up 2.46% and gold is down 1.34%. Unleaded gas is down 0.31% and heating oil is up 0.89%. Metals are down except copper. Meats are down. Coffee, cotton, wheat and soybeans are up while cocoa and corn are down.

Markets set to rally at open after FBI clears Clinton.

ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ARIA) reported Q3 results this morning with an adjusted loss of 12 cents that beat expectations and is up over 7.5% in pre-market. Horizon Pharma plc (HZNP) announced Q3 earnings with a loss but beat expectations and is up nearly 5%. Ferrari (RACE) is up over 5% after reporting Q3 results that beat estimates. Sotheby's (BID) announced a Q3 loss and has yet to react.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from News Corporation (NWSA), Catalent (CTLT), Tucows Inc (TCX), LendingClub Corporation (LC), Cray Inc (CRAY), The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN), Marriott International, Inc. (MAR), Caesars Entertainment (CZR), Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (KND), ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ACAD), Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (HTZ), Vericel Corporation (VCEL), Rosetta Stone Inc. (RST) and Shoe Carnival, Inc. (SCVL).

Tomorrow morning before the open, CVS Health Corporation (CVS), EchoStar Corporation (SATS), Wayfair (W), Imation Corporation (IMN), Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (VRX) are expected to report.

AAPL had another "scary" week, ending down 4.29%on low volume. On Monday, AAPL had a frightening Halloween day yesterday, ending down 0.16% to mid-113 on low volume. On Tuesday, AAPL compressed down 1.83% to mid-110 on strong volume. On Wednesday, AAPL boomeranged back up to 112 before slipping, ending up just 0.09% on very low volume. On Thursday, AAPL needed some "life support" towards the end of the day, ending down 1.58% to below 110 on low volume.

AAPL ended OPEX Friday down 0.90% on lower than average volume. AAPL opened lower at 108.30 to high volume and immediately set an intra-day low of 108.11 among a particularly volatile open before clawing back to 109 within minutes on strong volume and then testing mid-108 moments before 10am before bouncing back on moderate volume and pushing up until earning afternoon on low volume and setting an intra-day peak of 110.25 on low volume before slipping in the afternoon back below 109 on moderate volume. AAPL ended the day 99 cents at 108.84 and dropped 4 cents in after-hours to 108.80.

This morning in pre-market AAPL opened up significantly higher in conjunction with Futures and then dipped below 110 later in pre-market, bouncing back above 110 shortly afterwards. AAPL is currently up $1.33 at 110.17 as we approach the open.
