Good Morning,

S&P Futures are up 4 with +1 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 20 with +16 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 47 as the turkey and cranberries patiently await cooking. Highlights of the economic calendar include Chain Store Sales and Existing Home Sales this morning. The earnings calendar winners include Barnes & Noble Inc (BKS), up nearly 5.5%, Movado Group, Inc. (MOV), up nearly 5% and Hormel Foods Corporation (HRL), up a meaty 5% and stinkers Palo Alto Networks (PANW), down over 11% and Medtronic plc (MDT), down over 7.5%. Upcoming earners this afternoon include HP Inc. (HPQ), Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN), GameStop Corp. (GME), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and Deere & Company (DE), Trina Solar Limited (TSL), Infineon Technologies AG (IFNNF) tomorrow morning. Futures were up in early morning, slowly declined after 4am and, while still in the green, are near the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended up. China gained 0.94%, Japan went up 0.31% and Hong Kong led the advance, up 1.43%. European markets are up. Germany is up 0.56%, France is up 0.71% and the UK is leading the advance, up 0.86%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is down 0.44%, natural gas is up 0.10% and gold is up 0.42%. Unleaded gas is up 0.64% and heating oil is up 0.08%. Metals are up. Meats are mostly up. Cocoa, coffee cotton, corn, wheat and soybeans are down.

Dow ticks above 19,000 for the first time ever.

Jack In The Box Inc. (JACK) reported Q4 results yesterday afternoon with adjusted earnings of $1.03 per share that beat expectations and is down over 3.5% in pre-market. Palo Alto Networks (PANW) reported a Q1 loss and is down over 11%. Weibo Corporation (WB) is down slightly after reporting adjusted earnings of 24 cents per share, topping expectations.

Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) reported Q4 results this morning with adjusted earnings of $1.05 per share and is up over 5% in pre-market. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (CBRL) announced Q1 results that beat expectations and is up nearly 4.5%. Campbell Soup Company (CPB) is up over 2.5% after reporting a profitable Q1 that topped estimates. Dollar Tree, Inc. (DLTR) announced Q3 results that beat expectations and is up nearly 8%. Medtronic plc (MDT) reported Q2 results with a revenue miss and is down over 7.5%. Barnes & Noble Inc (BKS) announced Q2 results with a loss of 29 cents per share and is up nearly 5.5%. Burlington Stores, Inc (BURL) is up nearly 9% after beating Q3 profit estimates with adjusted earnings of 51 cents per share. Movado Group, Inc. (MOV) reported Q3 results with adjusted earnings of 91 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 5%. Hormel Foods Corporation (HRL) is up a meaty 5% after reporting Q4 results with increased profit. Seadrill Limited (SDRL) announced Q3 adjusted earnings of 28 cents per share, beating expectations and is up over 1.5%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from HP Inc. (HPQ), Urban Outfitters, Inc. (URBN), GameStop Corp. (GME) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).

Tomorrow morning before the open, Deere & Company (DE), Trina Solar Limited (TSL) and Infineon Technologies AG (IFNNF) are expected to report.

AAPL pulse showed some kick yesterday, ending up 1.54% on low volume. AAPL opened up at 110.02 to high volume and immediately set an intra-day low of 110.02 on high volume before pulsing up to 111 on strong volume and then taking a breather in the mid-110 area after 10am on low volume before zipping up to the mid-111 zone by lunchtime holding that area on low volume and moving up later in the afternoon. AAPL went on to hit an intra-day high of 111.99 within minutes of the close and ended the day up 1.69 at 111.75 and gained 5 cents in after-hours to 111.80.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened higher in conjunction with Futures and and forged a pre-market high of 112.12 at 5:43am before settling down back below 112 later in the morning. AAPL is currently up 16 cents at 111.89 as we approach the open.
