Good Morning,

S&P Futures are up 9 with +8 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 26 with +25 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 79 as Wednesday earnings enter high-gear. and global stock markets are rallying as Dow 20,000 looms. In tech, Cisco (CSCO) is in focus after announcing a takeover of AppDynamics for approximately $3.7 billion.

Today's economic calendar is light but includes MBA Mortgage Applications, FHFA House Price Index and EIA Petroleum Inventories.

Many earnings winners today, but the big ones are Seagate Technology (STX), up over 13.5% and Logitech International S.A. (LOGI), up over 15%. On the other hand, Textron Inc (TXT) is down nearly 8%.

Futures were up in early morning and continued moving up through the morning and near the highs as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended up. China went up 0.22%, Hong Kong gained 0.43% and Japan led the advance, up 1.43%. European markets are up. The UK is up 0.46%, France is up 1.11% and Germany is leading the advance, up 1.63%.

Commodities are mostly down this morning. Oil is down 0.85%, natural gas is down 0.18% and gold is down 0.68%. Unleaded gas is down 1.79% and heating oil is down 1.33%. Metals are down. Meats are down. Coffee is up while cocoa, cotton, corn wheat and soybeans are down.

Dow hits all-time high, cracks 20,000 for the first time.

Alcoa, Inc. (AA) reported a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of 14 cents per share yesterday afternoon that missed expectations and is up nearly 2.5% in pre-market. Seagate Technology (STX) announced Q2 results with adjusted earnings of $1.38 per share that beat expectations and is up over 13.5%. Texas Instruments Inc. (TXN) is up nearly 1% after beating Q4 forecasts with adjusted earnings of 88 cents per share. Cree, Inc. (CREE) reported Q2 results with adjusted earnings of 20 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 3.5%. Logitech International S.A. (LOGI) announced Q3 results with adjusted earnings of 56 cents per share and is up over 15%.

The Boeing Company (BA) reported Q4 results that beat expectations and is up nearly 1.5% in pre-market. McCormick & Company, Inc. (MKC) is down slightly after meeting Q4 forecasts with adjusted earnings of $1.27 per share. Abbott Laboratories (ABT) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 65 cents per share that topped expectations and is down nearly 1%. Textron Inc (TXT) reported Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 80 cents per share that missed expectations and is down nearly 8%. Novartis AG (NVS) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of $1.12 per share that beat expectations and is up over 1.5%. Hess Corporation (HES) is down nearly 1% after reporting a Q4 adjusted loss of $1.01 per share that beat expectations. State Street Corporation (STT) reported Q4 results with adjusted earnings of $1.48 per share that topped expectations and is down over 1.5%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Finisar Corporation (FNSR), NovaGold Resources, Inc (NG), Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS), F5 Networks, Inc. (FFIV), Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS), Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM), Raymond James Financial Inc. (RJF), Briggs & Stratton Corporation (BGG), eBay Inc. (EBAY), AT&T Inc. (T), Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (VRTX) and Western Digital Corporation (WDC).

Tomorrow morning before the open, Unilever Plc (UL), Biogen Inc. (BIIB), The Blackstone Group L.P. (BX), Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (DGX), LM Ericsson Telephone Company (ERIC), Southwest Airlines Co. (LUV), The Sherwin-Williams Company (SHW), Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (SWK), Caterpillar Inc. (CAT), JetBlue Airways Corporation (JBLU), Whirlpool Corporation (WHR), Comcast Corporation (CMCSA), L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. AAPL bobbed and lured on the 120 water line yesterday in a tight range, ending down 0.09% on low volume. AAPL opened at 119.55 to high volume and immediately set an intra-day low of 119.50 on high volume before floating up to 120 on strong volume and set an intra-day high of 120.10 at on 11:10am on mild volume. AAPL remained in a "remarkably" narrow range at 120 for the remainder of the day on low volume. AAPL ended the day down 11 cents at 119.97 and gained a penny in after-hours to 119.98.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened higher in conjunction with Futures and hovered just below the mid-120 area on news of nearing a manufacturing deal with India counteracted by a downgrade from Barclays, dipping to 120.17 later in the morning before bouncing back. AAPL is currently up 34 cents at 120.30 as we approach the open.
