Good Morning,

S&P Futures are up 7 with +6 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 7 with -6 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 67 as we wrap up the first full week of February while the US economy added 227,000 new jobs in January.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: Non-farm payrolls, Fed's Evans speech, PMI Services Index, Factory Orders and ISM Non-Manufacturing Index followed by Baker-Hughes Rig Count this afternoon.

The earnings winners are Visa Inc., up over 4.5% and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (CY), up nearly 4%. On the other hand, FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) is down over 18% and athenahealth, Inc. (ATHN) is down nearly 10.5%.

Futures were down in early morning and turned positive shortly after 2am and continued upwards through the morning, gaining a sharp pop on the jobs numbers at 8:30am and are at the highs as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mostly down. China dropped 0.60%, Hong Kong went down 0.24%, and Japan went up 0.02%. European markets are up. The UK is up 0.69%, Germany is up 0.35% and France is leading the advance, up 1.01%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is up 0.49%, natural gas is down 3.80% and gold is down 0.25%. Unleaded gas is down 0.31% and heating oil is up 0.05%. Metals are down except silver. Meats are up. Coffee, cotton and soybeans are up while cocoa, corn and wheat are down.

US employers added 227,000 workers in January. Dodd-Frank in crosshairs. Gold demand rises to 3-year high on political upheaval.

Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) reported mixed Q4 results that missed expectations with a revenue miss and lower than expected guidance and is down over 4% in pre-market. Visa Inc. (V) announced Q1 results with earnings of 86 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 4.5%. Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (CMG) is up nearly 1% after reporting Q4 earnings of 54 cents per share. FireEye, Inc. (FEYE) announced Q4 results with an adjusted loss of 3 cents per share and is down over 18%. Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (CY) reported a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of 22 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 4%. athenahealth, Inc. (ATHN) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 62 cents per share and is down nearly 10.5%.

Phillips 66 (PSX) reported Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 16 cents per share that missed expectations and is down nearly 2% in pre-market. The Hershey Company (HSY) announced Q4 results that beat estimates and is down over 0.5%. The Clorox Company (CLX) is up nearly 2% after reporting strong Q2 results.

Monday morning before the open, look out for earnings from Hasbro Inc (HAS), Loews Corp (L) and Tyson Foods, Inc. (TSN).

AAPL bounced on the 128 water line and ended down 0.17% on higher than average volume. AAPL opened lower at 127.99 to high volume and quickly bounced up to an intra-day high of 129.39 at 9:44am on strong volume before dropping back towards the 128 area and setting an intra-day low of 127.78 at 12:11am during lunchtime. AAPL subsequently bounced back into the lower-128 area on mild volume and tested 128 again at 2:30pm before recovering mid-128 into the close on moderate volume. AAPL ended the day down 22 cents at 128.53 and lost an additional 49 cents in after-hours to 128.04.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL picked up with yesterday's close in the mid-128 area and dipped to the low-128 area later in the morning before popping up to a pre-market high of 128.68 at 8:51am and settling back towards mid-128. AAPL is currently down 9 cents at 128.44 as we approach the open.
