Good Morning,

S&P Futures are up 3 with +2 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 3 with flat Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 25 on this "special edition" Thursday overstuffed with economic data and earnings as US stock markets are near their highest levels ever, AAPL goes ex-div and a major snowstorm bears down on the east coast.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: Initial Jobless Claims, Fed's Bullard: U.S. Monetary and Economic Policy, Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index, Wholesale Trade and EIA Natural Gas Inventory followed by Results of $15B, 30-Year Note Auction, Fed's Evans speech, Fed Balance Sheet and Money Supply this afternoon.

The earnings winners are: Zendesk, Inc. (ZEN), up nearly 10.5%, Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (CLF), up over 8.5% and Viacom Inc. (VIAB), up nearly 5.5%. On the other hand: iRobot Corporation (IRBT) is down nearly 10.5%, Twitter, Inc. (TWTR) is down over 9.5% and Glu Mobile Inc. (GLUU) is down over 7.5%.

Futures were up slightly in early morning and moved up sharply just after 6am, then peaked at 6:30am and have since slipped and are off the highs as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mixed. China gained 0.51%, Hong Kong went up 0.17%, and Japan declined 0.53%. European markets are up. The UK is up 0.19%, France is up 0.42% and Germany is up 0.53%.

Commodities are mostly up this morning. Oil is up 0.86%, natural gas is up 1.60% and gold is up 0.19%. Unleaded gas is up 1.38% and heating oil is up 0.68%. Metals are up. Meats are down. Coffee, cotton and corn are up while cocoa, wheat and soybeans are down.

Whole Foods Market, Inc. (WFM) reported Q1 results yesterday afternoon that missed expectations and is down over 1% in pre-market. Level 3 Communications, Inc. (LVLT) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 60 cents per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 0.5%. Glu Mobile Inc. (GLUU) reported an adjusted Q4 loss of 11 cents per share and is down over 7.5%. Cray Inc (CRAY) is up over 0.5% after topping Q4 forecasts with adjusted earnings of $1.38 per share. Zendesk, Inc. (ZEN) announced Q4 results with an adjusted loss of 4 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 10.5%. iRobot Corporation (IRBT) reported Q4 results with net income of 49 cents per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 10.5%.

Twitter, Inc. (TWTR) reported Q4 results this morning that missed expectations and is down over 9.5% in pre-market. The Coca-Cola Company (KO) announced Q4 earnings with mixed results and is down nearly 2%. Yum! Brands, Inc. (YUM) reported mixed Q4 results and is up nearly 0.5%. Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (CLF) is up over 8.5% after topping Q4 forecasts with adjusted earnings of 41 cents per share. CVS Health Corporation (CVS) announced Q4 earnings with mixed results and is up nearly 1.5%. Viacom Inc. (VIAB) reported Q1 results with adjusted earnings of $1.04 per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 5.5%. Kellogg Company (K) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 92 cents per share that topped expectations and is up over 1.5%. Sonoco Products Co. (SON) is down over 7.5% after reporting adjusted earnings of 62 cents per share that missed expectations. Dunkin' Brands (DNKN) announced Q4 results that topped expectations and is up 2.5%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Cardtronics, Inc. (CATM), News Corporation (NWSA), Sierra Wireless, Inc. (SWIR), Organovo Holdings, Inc. (ONVO), Yelp (YELP), The Western Union Company (WU), Expedia, Inc. (EXPE), j2 Global, Inc. (JCOM), Skechers USA Inc. (SKX), Zynga (ZNGA), Activision Blizzard, Inc (ATVI), Columbia Sportswear Company (COLM), CyberArk Software Ltd. (CYBR), Pandora Media (P), VeriSign, Inc. (VRSN), Web.com Group, Inc (WEB), NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) and Carbonite Inc. (CARB).

AAPL balanced at the mid-131 line yesterday, tipping up 0.39% to 132 on low volume. AAPL opened at 131.35 to high volume and popped above 131.5 on high volume and then dipped to an intra-day low of 131.22 at 10:08am on mild volume before recovering the mid-131 area and pushing higher in the afternoon on low volume to an intra-day high of 132.22 at 3:54pm on moderate volume and dipping towards 132 into the close on high volume. AAPL ended the day up 51 cents at 132.04 and gained 6 cents in after-hours to 132.10.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL picked up with yesterday's close and hung around the upper-131 area as Vetr. Inc issued a Downgrade to Hold alongside a 137.23 price target. AAPL is currently down 39 cents at 131.65 as we approach the open.
