Good Morning,

S&P Futures are up 2 with +3 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 6 with +8 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 29 as we wrap up this first busy full week of February. Global markets are in positive territory on a January report showing growth in China imports and exports.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: Import/Export Prices and Consumer Sentiment followed by Baker-Hughes Rig Count and Treasury Budget this afternoon.

The earnings winners are: Activision Blizzard, Inc (ATVI). up nearly 11.5% and Skechers USA Inc. (SKX), up nearly 11%. On the other hand: Organovo Holdings, Inc. (ONVO) is down over 16.5% and Yelp (YELP) is down nearly 11%.

Futures were up in early morning and peaked just before 2:30am, then dipped until 6am and bounced back off the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended up. China gained 0.42%, Hong Kong went up 0.21%, and Japan led the advance, up 2.49%. European markets are up. France is up 0.03% and Germany is up 0.13% and the UK is leading the advance, up 0.34%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is up 1.70%, natural gas is down 3.34% and gold is down 0.78%. Unleaded gas is up 2.02% and heating oil is up 1.55%. Metals are down except copper. Meats are mixed. Coffee, cotton, corn and soybeans are up while cocoa and wheat are down.

Energy products boost US import prices in January.

Yelp (YELP) reported Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 27 cents per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 11% in pre-market. Expedia, Inc. (EXPE) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of $1.17 per share that missed expectations and is up nearly 1%. NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA) reported Q4 results that topped expectations but mixed guidance and is up nearly 4%. Zynga (ZNGA) is down over 3.5% after reporting a Q4 adjusted loss of 2 cents per share that missed expectations. Activision Blizzard, Inc (ATVI) announced Q4 results that beat expectations and is up nearly 11.5%. Skechers USA Inc. (SKX) reported Q4 results with profit of 4 cents per share that missed expectations and is up nearly 11%. Pandora Media (P) is down slightly after reporting a Q4 adjusted loss of 13 cents per share that exceeded expectations. CyberArk Software Ltd. (CYBR) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 41 cents per share that beat expectations and is down over 4.5%. Sierra Wireless, Inc. (SWIR) reported Q4 results that beat expectations and is up over 10%. Organovo Holdings, Inc. (ONVO) announced a Q3 loss of 9 cents per share that exceeded expectations and is down over 16.5%. Carbonite Inc. (CARB) reported Q4 results with an adjusted loss of 12 cents per share and is down nearly 4.5%.

On Monday morning before the open, look out for earnings from Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) and Diana Containerships Inc. (DCIX).

AAPL ponied up $3.1 billion and yet ended up 0.71% to 132.41 on low volume. AAPL opened up at 131.65 to high volume and quickly popped up to 132 on high volume before sinking to an intra-day low of 131.12 at 10:14am on moderate volume and then bouncing back sharply on low volume later in the morning. AAPL held the upper-131 area through lunch on low volume and broke above 132 in the afternoon on low volume and peaked into the close at 132.45 on high volume. AAPL ended the day up 94 cents at 132.41 and gained 4 cents in after-hours to 132.45.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL initially popped higher still, reaching a pre-market high of 132.75 at 4:09am before dipping below 132 later in the morning and recovering into the open as AAPL reported short interest hit 47 million shares. AAPL is currently down 1 cent at 132.41 as we approach the open.
