Good Morning,

S&P Futures are down 2 with -1 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are down 4 with -1 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 17 as we hit mid-week with a colossal economic plate combined with an earnings extravaganza as Target (TGT), JCPenney (JCP), Best Buy (BBY) and Gap (GPS) are among the retailers to make an appearance at Capitol Hill today. Though Futures are basically flat, over the past 4 trading days, the Dow, S&P and Nasdaq have consistently made new highs.

This morning's gigantic Economic Calendar includes: MBA Mortgage Applications, Consumer Price Index, Retail Sales, Empire State Mfg Survey, Industrial Production, Atlanta Fed's Business Inflation Expectations, Business Inventories, NAHB Housing Market Index, Yellen testifies before House Financial Services, EIA Petroleum Inventories followed by Fed's Rosengren speech, Fed's Harker: Economic Outlook and Treasury International Capital this afternoon.

The earnings winners are: Groupon, Inc. (GRPN), up nearly 14%, Wix.com (WIX) reported a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of 6 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 7.5% and SodaStream International (SODA) announced Q4 profit of 71 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 6%.

On the other hand Fossil, Inc. (FOSL) is down over 18.5%, LendingClub Corporation (LC) reported a Q4 adjusted loss of 2 cents per share and is down nearly 9% and American International Group Inc (AIG) is down over 5.5%.

Futures were up in early morning and peaked just before 12:30am but have dragged down through the morning and are at the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mostly up. China went down 0.15%, Hong Kong gained 1.23%, and Japan went up 1.03%. European markets are mostly up. The UK is up 0.43%, Germany is down 0.13% and France is up 0.38%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is down 0.09%, natural gas is up 1.48% and gold is up 0.07%. Unleaded gas is up 0.55% and heating oil is down 0.40%. Metals are up except platinum. Meats are up. Cocoa, coffee and soybeans are up while cotton, corn and wheat are down.

Market flat ahead of Yellen after data ups rate hike odds. Retail sales in US climb more than forecast in broad advance. Factory production in US rises for 4th time in 5 months.

HubSpot, Inc. (HUBS) is up slightly in pre-market after reporting an adjusted Q4 loss of 13 cents per share this morning that beat expectations. Express Scripts, Inc. (ESRX) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of $1.88 per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 1.5%. Devon Energy Corporation (DVN) reported Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 25 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 1.5%. Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (SKT) announced Q4 results with earnings of 61 cents per share that met expectations and has yet to react. LendingClub Corporation (LC) reported a Q4 adjusted loss of 2 cents per share and is down nearly 9%. American International Group Inc (AIG) announced Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 84 cents per share that missed expectations and is down over 5.5%. Agilent Technologies Inc. (A) reported Q1 results with adjusted earnings of 53 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 2.5%. Fossil, Inc. (FOSL) announced Q4 results with earnings of $1.03 per share that missed expectations and is down over 18.5%. Caesars Entertainment (CZR) is down over 4.5% after reporting a Q4 adjusted loss of $3.88 per share.

PepsiCo Inc. (PEP) reported mixed Q4 results this morning and is down nearly 1% in pre-market. SodaStream International (SODA) announced Q4 profit of 71 cents per share that beat expectations and is up over 6%. Groupon, Inc. (GRPN) reported a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of 7 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 14%. Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) announced Q1 results with adjusted earnings of 94 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 3.5%. Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (WYN) is up nearly 1% after reporting adjusted earnings of $1.35 per share that beat expectations. Angie's List, Inc. (ANGI) announced Q4 results with net income of 15 cents per share that bear expectations and is up over 3%. Hilton Worldwide Holdings (HLT) is down over 1% after reporting a Q4 loss of $1.17 per share with adjusted earnings of 70 cents per share that beat expectations. Wix.com (WIX) reported a Q4 loss with adjusted earnings of 6 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 7.5%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Molina Healthcare, Inc. (MOH), Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO), CBS Corporation (CBS), Denny's Corporation (DENN), Marriott International, Inc. AAPL had a sweet day, ending up 1.29% on a bit higher than average volume. AAPL opened up at 133.47 to high volume and immediately set an intra-day low of 133.25 on high volume before pushing upwards of 134 by lunch on moderate volume and then continuing on to 135 in the afternoon on low volume, setting an intra-day high of 135.09 at 3:46pm and holding 135 into the close on strong volume. AAPL ended the day up $1.72 at 135.01 and gained another 43 cents in after-hours to 135.44 on after-hours news that Berkshire Hathaway increased stake in AAPL from 15.2 million shares to 57.4 million.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened up higher on news that Warren Buffet increased stake in AAPL from 15.2 million shares to 57.4 million in Berkshire Hathaway and AAPL reached an all-time high of 136.37 in pre-market before dipping back down to the mid-135 line. AAPL is currently up 43 cents at 135.45 as we approach the open.
