Good Morning,

S&P Futures are down 3 with -1 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are down 4 with -1 Fair Value and Dow Futures are down 21 on this action-packed Thursday as the bull market turns 8 years old. This morning at 7:45am the European Central Bank announced that interest rates will be kept on hold, while Mario Draghi will discuss future policy at the 8:30am press conference. Oil is down over 2% on as the market reacts to a report released yesterday that shows a large increase in inventory.

This morning's mega-Economic Calendar includes: Challenger Job-Cut Report, Initial Jobless Claims, Gallup Good Jobs Rate, Import/Export Prices, Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index, Quarterly Services Report and EIA Natural Gas Inventory followed by Results of $12B, 30-Year Note Auction, Fed Balance Sheet and Money Supply this afternoon.

The earnings winner is: United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), up over 3%. On the other hand, Tailored Brands, Inc (TLRD) is down over 29.5%, Bankrate Inc. (RATE) is down over 8.5% and Stratasys, Inc. (SSYS) is down nearly 8%.

Futures were basically flat in early morning and peaked into positive territory just before 3am only to slip into the red after 5am, scraping lows later in the morning and are near the lows as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mostly down. China went down 0.74%, Hong Kong dropped 1.18% and Japan went up 0.34%. European markets are down. Germany is down 0.21%, France is down 0.30% and the UK is leading the decline, down 0.05%.

Commodities are mostly down this morning. Oil is down 1.57%, natural gas is up 0.97% and gold is down 0.19%. Unleaded gas is down 2.16% and heating oil is down 1.54%. Metals are down. Meats are up. Cocoa, coffee, cotton, corn, wheat and soybeans are all down.

Bankrate Inc. (RATE) reported Q4 results this yesterday afternoon with adjusted earnings of 16 cents per share that missed estimates and is down over 8.5% in pre-market. United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI) announced Q2 results with net income of 50 cents per share that met estimates and is up over 3%. Tailored Brands, Inc (TLRD) reported Q4 results with an adjusted loss of 19 cents per share that missed expectations and is down over 29.5%.

Stratasys, Inc. (SSYS) reported a Q4 loss this morning with adjusted earnings of 15 cents per share and is down nearly 8% in pre-market. FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCEL) announced Q1 results with an adjusted loss of 35 cents per share that missed expectations and is down over 3.5%. Plug Power, Inc. (PLUG) reported a Q4 adjusted loss of 8 cents per share that missed expectations and is down over 7.5%. Staples, Inc. (SPLS) announced mixed Q4 results with adjusted earnings of 25 cents per share that missed expectations and is down nearly 6.5%.

This afternoon after the bell, look out for earnings from Jones Soda Co. (JSDA), Finisar Corporation (FNSR), El Pollo Loco Holdings (LOCO), VeriFone Systems, Inc. (PAY) and ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. (IMUC).

Tomorrow morning before the open, Kirkland's, Inc. (KIRK) and Vericel Corporation (VCEL) are expected to report.

AAPL spun around mid-139 like a yo-yo yesterday, ending down 0.33% on extremely low volume. AAPL opened at 138.95 to high volume and popped up to in intra-day high of 139.80 at 11:04am on mild volume before walking down to low-139 by lunchtime on low volume. AAPL held in early afternoon but slipped to 139 at 2pm on very low volume and set an intra-day low of 138.82 at 3:54pm on mild volume before regaining 139 into the close on moderate volume. AAPL ended the day down 52 cents at 139.06 and gave up a penny in after-hours to 139.05.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened higher and then dipped to a pre-market low of 138.42 at 8:18am in the wake of UBS reiterating Buy with a target of $151 counteracted by a buzz of delays in iPhone launch components for September. AAPL is currently down 35 cents at 138.65 as we approach the open.
