Good Morning,

S&P Futures are up 4 with +2 Fair Value, NASDAQ Futures are up 12 with +9 Fair Value and Dow Futures are up 38 on this Thursday with a colossal economic calendar lineup and overstuffed earnings, practically enough to overwhelm NAFTA and tax plan buzz. Techwise, reports of Apple working on a money transfer service are surfacing and Samsung surprises to the upside by reporting its largest quarterly profit since 2013. Bitcoin broke the 1,300 barrier and peaked at around 1,307, right around all-time highs and is "sitting pretty" near 1,300 despite a small dip after reaching the highs.

This morning's Economic Calendar includes: Durable Goods, Initial Jobless Claims, International trade in goods, Retail Inventories, Wholesale Inventories, Bloomberg Consumer Comfort Index, Pending Home Sales, EIA Natural Gas Inventory and Kansas City Fed Mfg Survey

The earnings winners are: GrubHub Inc. (GRUB), up over 15.5%, Nokia Corporation (NOK), up nearly 6.5%, PayPal Holdings, Inc. (PYPL), up nearly 6% and Under Armour, Inc. Class C (UA), up over 5.5%.

On the other hand, F5 Networks, Inc. (FFIV) is down 7.5%, Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (CLF) down over 5.5% and American Airlines Group (AAL) is down nearly 5.5%.

Futures were up in early morning, drifted flat, then popped up sharply later in the morning and are near the highs as we approach the open.

Asian markets ended mixed. China went up 0.36%, Hong Kong gained 0.49% and Japan went down 0.19%. European markets are down. Germany is down 0.14%, France is down 0.23% and the UK is leading the decline, down 0.58%.

Commodities are mixed this morning. Oil is down 1.61%, natural gas is down 1.19% and gold is up 0.03%. Unleaded gas is down 2.07% and heating oil is down 1.69%. Metals are mixed, gold and silver are up while copper and platinum are down. Meats are mostly up. Corn, wheat and soybeans are up while cocoa, coffee and cotton are down.

Tech earnings power Nasdaq to record high. Draghi sees solid recovery while inflation concern remains.

NETGEAR, Inc. (NTGR) reported Q1 results yesterday afternoon with adjusted earnings of 64 cents per share that beat expectations and is down over 5.5% in pre-market. Equifax Inc. (EFX) announced Q1 results with adjusted earnings of $1.44 per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 1.5%. Forrester Research, Inc. (FORR) reported Q1 results with adjusted earnings of 17 cents per share that and has yet to react. Boston Beer Co. (SAM) announced Q1 results with profit of 45 cents per share that beat expectations and has yet to react. Extra Space Storage, Inc. (EXR) reported Q1 results with earnings of $1.03 per share and is up over 1%. Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc. (HAWK) announced Q1 results with adjusted earnings of 2 cents per share that beat expectations and has yet to react. Digimarc Corporation (DMRC) reported a Q1 loss of 61 cents per share that beat expectations and has yet to react. Nutrisystem Inc (NTRI) announced Q1 results with profit od 25 cents per share that beat expectations and is down nearly 1%. Citrix Systems, Inc. (CTXS) reported Q1 results with net income of 17 cents per share and is down over 2%. F5 Networks, Inc. (AGNC) reported Q1 results with adjusted earnings of 64 cents per share that beat expectations and has yet to react. Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (BWLD) announced Q1 results with adjusted earnings of $1.44 per share that missed expectations and is down nearly 3%. PayPal Holdings, Inc. (PYPL) reported Q1 results with earnings of 36 cents per share that beat expectations and is up nearly 6%. Cavium Networks, Inc. (CAVM) announced a Q1 loss with adjusted earnings of 58 cents per share that beat expectations and has yet to react. Cimpress N.V. (CMPR) reported Q3 results with a loss of $1.38 per share that missed expectations and has yet to react. Legg Mason Inc. AAPL stretched back to mid-143, ending down 0.59% on low volume. AAPL opened at 144.47 to high volume and quickly set an intra-day high of 144.6 at 9:42am on moderate volume before slipping to 144 shortly after 10am. AAPL remained in a narrow range around 144 on low volume until 3:30pm when AAPL dipped to the mid-143 area and scraped a last-minute intra-day low of 143.38 at 3:54pm on moderate volume before bouncing into the close. AAPL ended the day down 85 cents at 143.68 and dropped 20 more cents in after-hours to 144.48.

This morning in pre-market, AAPL opened higher in conjunction with Futures and hit a high of 144 as Citi maintained AAPL coverage with a Buy and $160 target. AAPL is currently flat at 143.68 as we approach the open.
