Apple Today 09/22/2015 (AAPL)

seymour_greenz • September 22nd 2015 09:29:37 AM

Good Morning?

Yikes! NASDAQ Futures are down 90 with -71 Fair Value, Dow Futures are down 279. China closed up modestly and European stocks are red. Oil is down. Hard to imagine, but Volkswagen is down another 20% after announcing that the CEO will be let go and it will dedicate 6.5 billion euros to deal with the emissions scandal that caused a massive drop of nearly 20% yesterday.

AAPL had a good opening in the upper 113s on Monday morning and kept it up until it hit 115 on relatively moderate volume before dipping back down to 113.72 at 12:55pm on more relatively moderate volume. Afterwards, AAPL quickly launched back up, peaking at 115.37 at 3:30pm and ended the intra-day session at 115.21. After-hours saw additional gains and ended up at 115.35 on moderate volume.

This morning in premarket, AAPL opened down at 114.1 in conjunction with Futures on moderate volume. AAPL slipped further down to 113.27 by 6:19am before bouncing back to 114.29 at 8am where a big 28,500 share trade came in, reversing the bounce. AAPL is currently down 1.65 cents at 113.56.
